All staff are directly employed by QCC, we never use agency staff and we have a specialist cover team for planned and unplanned staff absenteeism. We monitor time and attendance to ensure all hours are fulfilled and used efficiently and effectively. We are proud to confirm that last year we carried out 99.94% of all contracted hours.
Consistent high cleaning standards
To achieve high standards, all staff are trained to work from a detailed, structured cleaning task list. A rigorous and documented audit process is conducted by management to monitor and implement the detail required to maintain a consistent high cleaning standards, and we build the details into our cleaning specifications. Our staff endeavour to not only meet, but exceed client expectations.
Local support & attentive management
Based in Babraham, South Cambridge and geographically conducting our operations within only a 30-mile radius, gives us the capacity to deliver regular support to your contract. You can contact us 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week to deal with any emergencies that may arise and we are able to resolve queries efficiently and implement changes at short notice. A Contract Manager (Lukasz/Emma) will be assigned to your contract providing a consistent point of contact. They will visit regularly to monitor and manage the service, so you don’t have to. Our Contract Managers are each looking after only 40 customers (in comparison our competitors would typically look after twice this number per contract manager) which allows us to invest our time effectively and proactively, directly benefiting your service.

We maintain a comprehensive customer care program; more importantly, we value your comments and respond to your feedback the same day. We do not tie our clients into long contracts, we believe a shorter contract gives our client the flexibility required, and keeps us on our toes! Our standard service agreement is an annual rolling term with full flexibility to amend and change with their business . Last year we were proud to have retained 98.2% of our business.
