I’m responsible for operations in North and central Cambridge, focusing on helping the team deliver high-quality results and creating a great experience for our clients. I also look after the window cleaning and technical team, manage client relationships and coordinating projects

What I love most about my role?

I enjoy the mix of teamwork and problem-solving — no two days are the same, and I like being part of something that makes a difference

The people and the atmosphere. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and genuinely enjoys what they do, which makes coming to work something to look forward to

I’m learning to play electric guitar for years but can’t actually play a full song yet! – progress is a progress!

In my free time I like to . . .

Go on long bike rides, check out live gigs and concerts, and get lost in survival horror video games (when I’m feeling brave enough)

What I love most about my role?

No two days are ever the same with such a varied role and it is both challenging and fulfilling. I love leading a dynamic and experienced team in a department that directly impacts upon the success of the business

What I love most about working with QCC?

Every member of the head office team shows up every day and offer 110% to deliver the best service possible. Its inspiring to be surrounded by people that take pride in the work they deliver and are genuinely invested in the success of the business

Fun fact about me

I balance work with a madhouse of a very tolerant husband, two crazy children, and two even crazier dogs, so most of our free time is spent outside on dog walks and family days out
